Proposal preparation

Two main objectives :

– Validation of objectives towards EC criteriae
– Assistance to the coordinator and the partners for the proposal writing (Part B, scientific input, R&D descriptions)

Budget Preparation for each partner:

– Method of calculating indirect costs
– Calculation of Personnel costs
– Calculation of Other direct costs
– Calculation of Requested EC contribution

Instructions to the Electronic Proposal Submission Service (EPSS) and checking of the proposal forms:

– Form A1
– Form A2
– Form A3
– Part B

If proposal is rejected:

– study of EC observations and evaluation for 2nd presentation at next available call
